From first survey to handover

Consultation & survey
We discuss the brief, visit the space, take measurements and record the existing conditions.

Design & estimate
We develop the layout, visualisations and construction drawings. The detailed estimate and programme are agreed before work starts.

Delivery & furnishing
We deliver MEP, construction, finishes and joinery — with regular progress reports.

Handover & warranty
We run the final checks, resolve any snags, hand over the completed space and provide a warranty for the works.
Where required, we obtain the NOC and manage approvals with the building management and government authorities.
